Description
This 2-part video lesson and the included PDF and activities will introduce your students to the verb ESTAR. They will learn how it is used with states of being as well as locations, and will be presented with new vocabulary for these 2 uses. They will also learn the present tense conjugations (except for vosotros).
The introduction video (FREE for you to preview, as you can see in my store) is in English and it gets the student prepared to learn from a lesson conducted with the use of more Spanish, supporting a comprehensible input approach to learning. In the instructional video the concepts and applicable vocabulary are presented mostly in Spanish. To access only the videos, click here.
The Student PDF offers written explanation as well as a link to study vocabulary on Quizlet, tips and suggested practice exercises. Finally, for your convenience, there is a Google Form quiz students can take in order to check their knowledge.
